UNDO_RETENTION

 Determines how long to retain undo data to provide for consistent reads.
 defined in seconds

ALTER SYSTEM SET UNDO_RETENTION=900;

900 Sec = 15 min

Even with UNDO_RETENTION set, if the UNDO tablespace is sized too small, undo data is not retained for the time specified
